US/Canada orders shipped via US Postal Service with tracking number. European orders shipped via Registered Airmail(no tracking number).

Returns
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive ordered goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending email to box@shirtzilla.eu
After receiving your statement we will provide you with further instructions on how to return the goods. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost is non-refundable.
Upon receiving your return package we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery. The reimbursement will be processed not later than 14 days from the day on which we receive returned goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as used for the initial transaction.
Revocation of this contract is not possible with regard to the goods that have been personalized by the customer to meet his personal preferences.
